When you let us help a new client, we’d like to give some lettuce help in return -- to thank you for referring business to us, we’d like to pay you a monetary reward!
We’ll pay you 10% of the revenue we receive from a new client for services performed in the first year, if that client was the result of an eligible referral from you (as defined below).
Terms and Conditions
- We must receive your referral via email at refer@bucksvsbytes.com before we have any contact with the prospective client. You must include a contact person and phone number. If it is not OK for us to call the prospect before they contact us, be sure to make that clear. We will mention your name in our initial contact.
- Incentives will be based on the value of services performed and billable to the new client for one year from the date of the referral email.
- Incentives will be paid whenever they accrue to at least $500 or at the end of the referral year, whichever comes first. Incentives accrue when payment is received.
- We don't want to encourage unethical activity, so rather than try to enumerate every possible exception, all incentive payments will be made after notifying each referred client that you are about to receive a reward and its amount.
- Payment of incentives is subject to applicable law including our receipt of your IRS Form W-9. Recipients will be treated as contractors and no taxes will be withheld from incentive payments.
- In case of multiple referrals to the same prospect, the referrer providing us the most assistance in garnering business from the prospect receives the incentive. If this can't be determined, the earliest referral will count.
- If you refer someone with whom we have already had contact, we'll notify you and no incentives will apply.
- Any disputes or questions not covered in these terms will be resolved by Bucks vs Bytes Inc in its sole discretion. Any deviations or exceptions from these terms (such as accepting verbal or after-the-fact referrals) are also at our sole discretion and will be for that instance only.
